According to a twitter user who shared this
photo, this person is always lying down like this,
day in day out, so it is time for the Lagos state
government to check on the fellow if he or she is
still alive.
It doesn't speak well of the government if one of its
citizens remain on the road like this. It is shameful and
hazardous,
